In ATACO, we perform professional recruiting, training and processing to provide our employers with qualified and motivated personnel in accordance with the International Conventions Standards. Currently we have in our database over 1000 crews who are fully licensed and qualified in accordance with the STCW 2010 and flag state requirements.

At present, we are proud of to manage around 500 crews working on foreign motor vessels. Most vessels that our crews are working on come from Chinese/Taiwan shipping companies. With the trust we got from owners in nearly 9 years, until now we have been managing 15 full set of Vietnamese crews.

ATACO desires to supply more and more full set crews due to that it creates predictable advantages for both owner and us to manage crews and vessels. We always believe that our crewmembers have been evaluated to be qualified & well-adapted to various foreign vessels.

Moreover, we are on the way to find new partners in Japan, Singapore, Korea…
